Why a Waitlist?
Due to the overwhelming amount of emails, calls, and inquiries I receive, I have decided that the easiest way to respond fairly to everyone is to create a wait list for future puppy owners.
The wait list will ensure that anyone who is serious about adopting a Luxe Yorkshire Terrier puppy is guaranteed to get a puppy from me. With a wait list I am also able to notify you in the order I received your deposit so that even if I am rehoming an adult or a puppy becomes available you will hear about it before everyone else below you on the list.
How do I get on the list?
Step 1
If you would like a puppy from Luxe Yorkshire Terriers I would love to chat with you! Please feel free to email or call me with any questions you may have. I like to get to know my future puppy parents to ensure that all my puppies go to great homes! So, please call (253-970-0070) or email (luxeyorkies.megan@hotmail.com) if you would like to begin the process of owning a Luxe Yorkshire Terriers. I want to be certain that every puppy goes to its forever home and I find that talking with possible puppy owners personally helps me know how to properly place a puppy. If I am not comfortable placing a puppy with you I will let you know. I am not interested in offending anyone; however, my puppies are a priority and I am looking at what will be best for them. This also gives you an opportunity to get to know me and how I raise my pups and ask any and all questions you may have.
Disclaimer
As a breeder who is always working towards breeding top notch dogs for health and beauty, I reserve the right to pick a male or female from any litter before anyone on my wait list chooses a puppy. I appreciate your understanding and know you realize the importance of building a quality breeding program.
Step 2
After the interview if you would like me to add you to my wait list, I will need a $100 non-refundable deposit, per puppy, which will go towards the final purchase price. I accept payment through Zelle luxeyorkies.megan@hotmail.com), or a check in the mail. Once your deposit is received your first name and last initial, along with the date of receipt, will be posted on this official wait list page. While this initial deposit is non-refundable, I do guarantee that I will have a puppy born to offer you within 12 months or less. If not, I am happy to refund your deposit at that time. I try to keep my list short to ensure no one is waiting longer then 12 months.
Step 3
As soon as a puppy or adult becomes available I will contact everyone on my wait list in the order I received their deposits. If you want the available puppy then you will need to give the remaining non-refundable deposit of $400.00 to secure your puppy.
If you were wanting a puppy from different parents or you are not ready for a puppy at the time I contact you, then I will contact the person right below you on the list and your name will go back to the top.

However, you may only refuse a puppy twice, if after the second time you are offered a puppy you still do not want it you will then forfeit your position on the waitlist as well as the $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
